00 AM start Monday through Friday Work Saturday/Sunday if emergencies Work Evenings if emergencies Work most weekday holidays provide on-call coverage as part of the Maintenance team Position Summary An energetic, hands-on technician with a preventative maintenance focus, a commercial HVAC background (preferably with experience in AAON units), and general plumbing and electrical experience, who loves to diagnose and fix loves to learn and learns quickly retains significant amounts of new specialized knowledge applies new skills consistently and with excellence enjoys the challenge of fixing as much as possible in-house before giving work to contractors Qualifications Needed highly reliable, pleasant, approachable, and patient fluent in English (written and verbal) strong troubleshooting skills strong control wiring skills strong organizational ability strong communication skills a high level of comfort using computers and learning software be an Ideal Team Player as defined in the book by Patrick Lencioni Physical Requirements able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
able to work in a warm, wet, dusty environment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.
able to work in proximity to loud machinery, PPE provided.
